We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Compliance Monitoring Officerto join our dynamic team at HFM.

Your role at HFM:

• Perform reviews in accordance with the risk assessment and monitoring program.
• Monitor communication between Clients and the various Company departments in line with the monitoring requirements of the relevant regulatory framework.
• Monitor the websites of the company to ensure compliance.
• Report monitoring findings and make recommendations for compliance improvement to the Head of Compliance.
• Maintain excellent record keeping of the monitoring findings, relevant evidence, recommendations, and actions taken by the company.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Law, Economics, Business, Finance, or any other related field.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Compliance and/or Monitoring Officer or in a similar role within the FX industry.
• Excellent written & verbal communication in both Greek and English language.
• Any additional language would be considered an advantage.
• Computer literacy especially with MS Office (Word/Excel).
• CySEC Advanced certificate would be considered an advantage.
• Ability to prioritise and work independently.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and conflict management skills.

EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
