What You’ll Do:

  1. Helpdesk Support 🛠️: Assist users with requests via Jira, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and escalate complex issues to the IT Manager.

  2. Troubleshooting 🔍: Diagnose and resolve tech issues for operating systems, networks, and hardware.

  3. System Monitoring 📡: Monitor network performance, conduct routine system checks, and ensure smooth operations.

  4. Installation & Configuration 💻: Set up desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring they’re secure and up to date.

  5. User Account Management 🔐: Manage user accounts, reset passwords, and ensure proper access to resources.

  6. Documentation 📝: Keep detailed records of support activities and create user guides for common issues.

  7. Data Backup & Recovery 💾: Ensure backups are running smoothly and help with data recovery when needed.

  8. Asset Management 🖨️: Track and manage IT assets, replacing or upgrading hardware as necessary.
