CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Legal Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team based in Limassol. Your core duties will include the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of a wide variety of legal documents, as well as providing legal advice to clients in relation to a variety of corporate legal matters. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, who are full members of the Cyprus Bar Association, and possess 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate law, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek are a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, including performance-related bonuses, 13th salary and 14th salary.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of legal documents
• Providing legal advice to international and Cyprus clients on EU and Cyprus law matters.
• Provision of legal opinions on corporate matters and corporate transactions.
• Legal due diligence.
• Legal research.
• Assistance with set up of corporate structures and licensing issues.  

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Law from a well-respected University.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally gained working in Corporate/Commercial Law.  
• Competency & experience in drafting and reviewing a wide variety of legal documents.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, both verbal and written.
• Competent computer skills.
• Highly organized, able to meet tight deadlines, and multi-task.
