Reservations Manager:
- Manage the reservations team to ensure adequate handling of reservation requests for the group’s hotels
- Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information
- Upsell other areas of the hotel
- Ensure expectations are set correctly, in advance of the guest’s stay
- Manage group bookings
- Ensure daily reservations checks are completed
- Follow up on payments charges
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and Greek
