Today we are looking for a Support Manager for Claw Machine who will help with our startup projects.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to work in multitasking environment;
- Good verbal and written communication English skills;
- Basic knowledge of operating the computer/phone/tablet;
- Experience in the maintenance the slot machines (repair and installation);
- Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failure.
Responsibilities:
- Operate with the chat-bots on the phone/tablet/laptop;
- Adding the prizes to the claw machines;
- Report to managers about issues with the machine or support bots;
- Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failures;
- Resolve the issues with the machine or support bots;
- Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failures.
