Today we are looking for a Support Manager for Claw Machine who will help with our startup projects.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in multitasking environment;
  • Good verbal and written communication English skills;
  • Basic knowledge of operating the computer/phone/tablet;
  • Experience in the maintenance the slot machines (repair and installation);
  • Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failure.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate with the chat-bots on the phone/tablet/laptop;
  • Adding the prizes to the claw machines;
  • Report to managers about issues with the machine or support bots;
  • Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failures;
  • Resolve the issues with the machine or support bots;
  • Fault find and determine the causes of equipment, component, and system failures.
