As a Bar Supervisor, you will assist in bar operations, ensuring guests receive top-notch service, maintaining staff productivity, and upholding health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all venues open on time and are ready for operation.

• Understand beverage control, including inventory, bar pars, portion control, cost control, sales analysis, and food standards.

• Deliver excellent guest service by allocating and supporting staff to maintain speed and cleanliness.

• Ensure staff adhere to bar standards, correcting practices as needed.

• Supervise and assist with the timely and accurate completion of tasks.

• Ensure all staff are trained to hotel standards.

• Understand basic F&B equipment terms, such as mise-en-place, setup styles, condiments, dishware, jigger, linen, etc.

• Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel

• Strong customer service and communication skill

• Courteous and positive attitude towards guests

• Teamwork and supervisory abilities

• Capable of working well under pressure

• Proficient in Greek and English

• Knowledge of Point of Sale System

• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
