We are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic group in Cyprus. This pivotal role will drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and ensure our high standards are maintained across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations with a primary focus on the Food & Beverage department

• Manage team schedules, budgets, and administrative tasks

• Ensure impeccable service standards and property maintenance

• Lead and support teams in Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions

• Act as the Hotel’s General Manager when needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel

• Strong leadership and attention to detail

• Fluency in English (Greek is a plus)

• Expertise in Food & Beverage management

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit
