What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's Degree
  • Communication skills; ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to gather information and disseminate information in a variety of formats
  • Ability to write clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluency in both written and oral English

What you’ll do:

  • Investigate customer problems referred by support
  • Provide feedback and support to external and internal clients to ensure issues are managed effectively and on time
  • Provide onsite or online training to clients
  • Understand and analyze business requirements, features, and implementation
  • Collaborate with QA & Support team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Document test cases and create test plans
  • Identify end-to-end and/or repeated test cases
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Report bugs and errors using the Jira software
  • Communicate with Developers and Business Analysts for clarification and reporting of malfunctions
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Other related responsibilities

Advantage:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Previous working experience in banking and/or a client supportive role
  • Experience in delivering training or guidance to others
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Knowledge of programming languages or databases
  • Willingness to travel
