We are currently looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can proactively think of new ideas to create campaigns that drive sales for our clients—because our success is directly tied to our clients' sales. You will work directly alongside our founder and online sales specialist, receiving hands-on training in all aspects of digital marketing. This close mentorship will rapidly expand your expertise, positioning you for a managerial role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founder to assist in managing client projects and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for campaigns that will increase client sales.

• Help manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.

• Learn how to set up and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with direct guidance from the founder.

• Assist in content writing using tools like ChatGPT to generate blogs, newsletters, e-books, and other client-related content.

• Support email marketing efforts, drafting newsletters and setting up email flows (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

• Collaborate with our creative team, including graphic designers and videographers, to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and assist in reporting and analytics.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically about campaign ideas that drive sales for clients.

• Familiarity with social media marketing and a basic understanding of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

• Basic content writing skills and experience with tools like ChatGPT.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus.

• Must live in Limassol, as we occasionally meet in person for strategy sessions (remote work is the default).

• Native fluency in Greek and English (both spoken and written).

• Ability to work remotely and maintain a productive work environment.
