We are a fast growing and ambitious company that provides access to global financial markets through our online trading platform.

Position Overview:

As a Client Relations Agent, you will be the face and voice of our company, ensuring clients feel valued and supported. You will address client inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with any requests, acting as a key point of contact. We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact of clients, managing communication and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with clients by developing trust and ensuring positive experience.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Manage and resolve clients issues and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client problems and work with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Proactively suggest improvements that could benefit the client.
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction:
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively identifying issues and resolving them quickly.
  • Monitor and assess client satisfaction, offering personalized solutions to enhance their experience with our company.
  • Collaboration with internal teams:
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure clients needs are met.
  • Communicate feedback from clients to internal teams to influence service enhancements.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Accurately document clients interactions, feedback and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, of minimum 1-year within the Forex and CFD industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment. in a highly professional manner.
  • Business fluency in English.
