The Client:
Our Client, a Private Equity Real Estate & Hospitality Investments company developing a portfolio of boutique hotels in key European cities, is looking to recruit a Corporate & Office Administrator in Nicosia.
The Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-dayadministrative and corporate functions. This role involves managing office resources and implementing policies and procedures to support the overall success of the Group..
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Corporate Administration:
Prepare Board of Directors’ minutes and resolutions for the three companies in Cyprus
Prepare the minutes for the Progress Control Groups and other forums
Prepare of Cyprus Companies’ Registrar forms and filing of documents enforcing corporate changes
Ensure KYC documents of directors and shareholders are up-to date
Arrange for execution, certification, apostille and legalization of documents
Handle ad-hoc requests from the banks such as KYC documents update
Maintain Documents repository
2) Office Administration:
Coordinate all aspects of office management to ensure smooth operations
Oversee the maintenance of the office space, including communication with building management, service providers, technicians and cleaning lady
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments for staff members
Provide support and assistance to Directors as required
Manage office supplies, and equipment inventory to ensure adequate resources for the corporate office
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures
Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as required
Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles and corporate administration
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Strong communication skills and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional fluency in English, both written and oral
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location:
The position is for the Company’s headquarters inNicosia, Cyprus
Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based to qualifications and experience.
