CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a DevOps Engineer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, managing and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure. The successful applicant should hold an academic background in Computer Science or a related field, and possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Any certificate in a related field position will be considered as an advantage. Our client is seeking applicants who possess hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, as well as experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, or others. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment (Jenkins, Github, etc.).
• Implement and manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) solutions.
• Maintain and enhance infrastructure as code (IaC) (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Loki, etc.).
• System troubleshooting and problem solving across platforms and application domains.
• Builds and maintains highly available distributed applications.
• Deploys, automates, maintains, and manages production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Works with diverse stacks, including both state-full and stateless services.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree in Computer Science or in any other related field.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, or others.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Linux O/S is mandatory.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certificate in a related field position will be considered as an advantage.
