Job Summary

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservations and Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Headquarters in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and manage reservations in an efficient and friendly manner

• Prepare rental agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed

• Regularly update reservation statuses and ensure data accuracy for reporting purposes

• Communicate effectively to resolve any issues that may arise in the rental process and ensure a seamless experience for customers

• Maintain accurate filing and management of internal correspondence and reservations

• Issue invoices in a timely manner and maintainregular communication with clients to ensure timely payments

• Monitor and track the payment collection process to ensure all transactions are processed smoothly

• Coordinate with other departments, such as accounts and operations, to ensure vehicle availability and transaction monitoring

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to meet and support the company’s overall business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) computer systems and reservation software

• Prior experience in customer service or in a similar role will be considered an advantage

• Demonstrated responsibility, professionalism, and integrity in previous roles

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
