CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-standing and highly regarded Group of Companies with significant operations in the FMCG sector, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Brand Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Junior Brand Manager, you will primarily be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of brand strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, who possess 1+ year of relevant experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and possess a creative mindset with a passion for building and enhancing brands. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity.
  • Analyze customer insights and feedback to help refine the brand’s positioning and messaging.
  • Track brand performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials align with the brand’s guidelines and vision.
  • Work with external agencies for advertising, content creation, and public relations as needed.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently across all communication materials and platforms.
  • Support in managing and tracking brand-related budgets.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Marketing or Brand Management (internships or entry-level roles count).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for building and enhancing brands.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
