CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding company operating in the Gambling industry, we are seeking to recruit a UI/UX Designer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centred designs that enhance the customer experience across digital platforms. You will work closely with product and marketing teams to design and optimize web and mobile interfaces for the betting platform. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, who possess approximately 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the betting, gaming, or tech industries. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with brand guidelines.
• Design intuitive layouts for the betting platform, focusing on simplicity, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively and illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Conduct user research to understand the behaviours, needs, and pain points of our customers in the betting space.
• Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.
• Analyse user data and betting behaviours to make data-driven design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product, and marketing teams to ensure design solutions meet business goals and technical constraints.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the UI/UX of existing betting platforms based on user feedback, industry standards, and analytics.
• Provide creative input and contribute to the design of new features, promotions, and campaigns on the betting platform.
• Complete the redesign project of the project (Desktop, Mobile & Mobile Apps).
• Illustrate design ideas using drafts, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Running user tests and Tracking digital trends.
• Looking for ways to improve the product.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the betting, gaming, or tech industry.
• Proficiency in designing user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces, and crafting seamless user experiences.
• Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and turn insights into actionable design improvements.
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software for creating interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to find solutions that balance user needs and business objectives.
• Strong eye for detail, ensuring design consistency, accuracy, and quality.
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
• Experience on User & Colour Psychology
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, though not required.
• Understanding of the betting or gaming industry, user behaviours, and platform-specific design challenges is a plus.
