CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a newly launched software platform designed to help accountants make reconciliation tasks easier, we are seeking to recruit a Client Service Coordinator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Working closely with the CEO as the first employee of this exciting start-up, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the Company. Your core duties will include providing support to the CEO, providing customer support and answering questions from users, as well as supporting marketing and new business development initiatives as required. Our client is ideally seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, who possess approximately 1+ year of relevant work experience, ideally gained working in either the technology or accounting sectors. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, with a passion for technology and excellent client service. An attractive salary is on offer, based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Providing customer support and answering questions from users.
- Supporting the CEO on various projects relating to the product.
- Handling daily administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives as required.
- Providing feedback to Management & the Technical Team relating to any product issues/bugs.
- Collaborating on strategy and process improvements as the Company grows.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
- 1+ year of work experience, ideally gained in either the Technology, Accounting or Finance sectors.
- Excellent client service skills are a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong knowledge of technology and the ability to adapt to new tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
