The Role:

We are looking for a passionate Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our CSR programs. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability and social impact, capable of driving initiatives that align with our corporate mission and enhance our community presence.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Develop and execute CSR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with company values and goals.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including community organisations, NGOs, and government agencies, to build partnerships and enhance our CSR efforts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate CSR initiatives into daily business operations.
• Promote initiatives through internal and external communications while engaging employees in activities and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Ensure the compliance of CSR programs with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct research and stay updated on latest CSR trends and best practices.
• Undertake any other relevant responsibility as assigned.

Main requirements:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Corporate Social Responsibility or a related fiend.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role with proven experience in managing CSR programs successfully.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for making a positive impact on society and the environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
