Playtech‘s Corporate IT unit is looking for an IT Operations Solution Engineer  with a curious mindset and excellent communication.

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of new functionalities within Jira Service Management.

  • Drive the development, import, and ongoing support of a new object schema for CMDB based on Jira Assets Management.

  • Collaborate with other team members to implement new workflows and automate processes.

  • Participate in reporting, data collection and aggregation activities.

  • Contribute to the development of automation solutions related to Jira and CMDB integrations.

  • Maintain documentation - ensure proper operational documentation and contribute to the knowledge base

Components for success. You...

  • Possess experience with Jira Service Management, including Jira Automation.

  • Have experience with Jira Assets, including automation and imports.

  • Excel in interpersonal and communication skills in English, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.

  • Prior experience with PowerShell and EazyBI.

  • University Degree in IT or equivalent.
