Thesis Interior Design Showrooms is the leading supplier of fine eclectic furniture and rare interior design artifacts in Cyprus, offering its clients interior design services and is currently enlarging its internal staff team.

We are seeking for a General Sales Manager to join the Thesis Design & Sales team and to eventually lead our Luxury Furniture Shop in Limassol.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Work in close direct contact with the directors of Thesis to continue offering its successful services to the existing and new clientele of our shops and interior design service.

• Prepare and develop the interior design presentations that will be presented to clients (create mood boards in Photoshop, sample preparation, compose offers in Excel, etc.)

• Manage and oversee the sales department and stock control, including overseeing the warehouse team located on site.

• Prepare orders for stock from suppliers in communication with the directors and owners of Thesis.

• Correct and control the purchase of stock on a monthly basis and report to the accounts team.

• Coordinate daily work with subcontractors / suppliers, identifying new ones in the local and international market.

• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Requirements for the position:

• At least 5 years of work experience in a related position in an interior design firm and/or luxury furniture showroom.

• University degree in design orientated studies (i.e. Interior Design / Architecture / Fine Arts etc.)

• Good, communicative business sense and negotiation skills.

• Team player with leadership abilities.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Proficient knowledge and use of Photoshop, Microsoft Word & Excel for preparation of client designs and offers.

• Fluent in English and Greek. (other languages are an advantage)

• A full Driving License
