**Job Summary:**

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Private Security Guards to join our security team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, protecting property, and ensuring the safety of clients and staff. This role requires strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to react effectively to incidents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or unusual activity.

- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking necessary action to ensure safety and security.

- Conduct security inspections of buildings, gates, and grounds.

- Provide a visible presence and deterrent against theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities.

- Maintain proper documentation of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities.

- Assist in emergency situations, ensuring appropriate procedures are followed.

- Enforce company policies and regulations while providing outstanding customer service.

- Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed.

- Attend training sessions and security briefings to stay informed on best practices and company procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is a plus.

- Proven experience as a security guard or in a related role preferred.

- Valid Private security guard license.

- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Greek and English.

- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.

- Physical fitness and ability to conduct frequent patrols.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
