As a Graduate OSS Developer, you will be a critical part of our team, working to develop, maintain, and optimize our Operations Support Systems (OSS) to support Amdocs customers in managing complex telecom networks and services. You’ll gain hands-on experience with telecom network infrastructure, participate in end-to-end system development, and ensure high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

What will your job look like?

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and System Engineers to understand OSS requirements and design robust technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain OSS functionalities to manage network resources, inventory, and service connectivity.

• Assist in implementing and testing new features to optimize network resource allocation and management.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand and troubleshoot technical challenges, ensuring efficient and seamless operations.

• Contribute to the technical documentation of OSS functionalities, system workflows, and processes for future use.

• Participate in technical training and mentorship programs designed to accelerate your professional growth.

All you need is...

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, or related field.

• Familiarity with OSS concepts related to telecom, including network infrastructure, service management, and network resource inventory.

• Basic understanding of networking essentials (e.g., routers, switches, virtual machines) and service provisioning.

• Exposure to object-oriented programming and database management systems.

• Analytical skills to assess system performance and propose improvements.

• Interest in developing technical documentation to support OSS functionalities and workflows.

• Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OSS tools such as Amdocs ARM, Ericsson Granite, or Netcracker OSS is a plus.

• Understanding of telecom network components and protocols is advantageous.

• Prior exposure to requirement elicitation and documentation from stakeholders.
