The team

The International Clients Services (ICS) competence is committed to providing quality business services, helping our clients meet a wide range of compliance requirements in a timely manner, while focusing on areas of their business that are key to profitable growth.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of business support and advisory services to local and international clients.
  • Apply existing knowledge and expertise to address clients’ Tax, VAT, Legal and Accounting matters.
  • Assist clients in navigating complex business environments and offer strategic solutions to enhance their operations.
  • Be on the front line for responding to real-time corporate matters, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Oversee monthly performance and custody reconciliations for assigned clients and review work prepared by our third-party data platform
  • Handle data requests for assigned clients by coordinating with multiple parties
  • Overview of the day-to-day processing, recording of transactions and maintaining data in relation to alternative investments of clients
  • Work both individually and as part of a team to deliver quality work that drives value for our clients.
  • Utilise your communication and language skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Inspire and guide junior team members, providing mentorship and support.
  • Provide assistance to more senior team members in ensuring the department operates smoothly and effectively.
  • Actively contribute to a diverse and multicultural team of professionals.
  • Learn and apply professional and technical standards of the Firm.

What we are looking for

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in alternative investments projects will be considered an advantage.
  • Being ACCA partly-qualified or newly qualified will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian language will be considered an advantage.
  • Very good understanding of how businesses operate and commercial awareness.
  • Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
  • Confident, articulate and able to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
