As bbf: expands the internal team of Limassol, we are looking for a Facility Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support sustainable, safe, and efficient facility management for residential areas.
- Ensure proper maintenance of residential sites to uphold the bbf: brand and leading position in the local market.
- Support bbf: residents in the centralized management of buildings, structures, and support services within residential areas (this includes understanding residential systems, addressing claims, staying informed about general residents meetings, and more).
- Provide management and administrative support to residents in bbf: residential areas.
- Provide management and administrative support to other bbf: departments for joint activities.
- Supervise technical operations, maintenance, audits, inspections, and asset value preservation in residential buildings.
- Ensure effective communication with contractors to facilitate completion or adjustments of pending tasks.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field is preferrable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management.
- Experience in sustainable facility management is an asset.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Fluency in Russian, advanced command of English, Greek language skills are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and crisis management abilities.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Business-minded and cost-conscious.
