As bbf: expands the internal team of Limassol, we are looking for a Facility Manager.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support sustainable, safe, and efficient facility management for residential areas.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of residential sites to uphold the bbf: brand and leading position in the local market.
  • Support bbf: residents in the centralized management of buildings, structures, and support services within residential areas (this includes understanding residential systems, addressing claims, staying informed about general residents meetings, and more).
  • Provide management and administrative support to residents in bbf: residential areas.
  • Provide management and administrative support to other bbf: departments for joint activities.
  • Supervise technical operations, maintenance, audits, inspections, and asset value preservation in residential buildings.
  • Ensure effective communication with contractors to facilitate completion or adjustments of pending tasks.


Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field is preferrable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management.
  • Experience in sustainable facility management is an asset.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Fluency in Russian, advanced command of English, Greek language skills are a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and crisis management abilities.
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • Business-minded and cost-conscious.
