Sales & Customer Service Agent – Nicosia Mall (CSNIC1124)
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Pop-up shop in the Nicosia Mall, and we are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join us as Sales & Customer Service Agents (both part-time and full-time)! If you are enthusiastic, friendly, and love working with people, we would love to meet you! This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract with the potential for renewal.

Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of our brand by providing accurate and thorough information about our products and services.
- Support customers in person, over the phone, and via email to deliver an outstanding service experience.
- Inform customers about the great products and services we offer.
- Collect bills, issue invoices, check receipts, and reconcile the cash register for smooth daily operations.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure every customer has a “World Class Service.”
- Keep our software system updated with accurate information.
- Contribute to meeting sales targets through a positive, goal-oriented approach.
- Inform the supervisor of customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Handle and resolve any issues with a calm, customer-oriented approach.
- Keep up with industry trends, new products, and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Diploma or University Degree will be considered an advantage.
- Strong use of both Greek and English, both spoken and written.
- Computer skills and good handling of Microsoft Office.
- Strong selling skills are a must! We’re looking for individuals who are persuasive, enthusiastic, and customer oriented.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
