Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Optician/Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eye care and a commitment to helping customers find the perfect eyewear solutions. As an Optician/Optometrist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses and contact lenses that suit their needs and style preferences.
• Perform eyetests and dispensing
• Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles.
• Adjust and repair eyewear to ensure optimal fit and comfort.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products and industry trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with our on board optometrists to ensure seamless patient care.


Qualifications:

• Certified Optician/Optometrist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using optical equipment and tools.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
