We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead the specialized corporate training initiatives of the Executive Education Center at the University of Limassol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with companies to deliver tailored workforce training programs. With expertise in market analysis, program design, and training execution, this role requires a strategic thinker who can identify emerging industry trends and create impactful learning solutions. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential for managing relationships with clients, other stakeholders, and overseeing a network of trainers and trainees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with companies to secure partnerships for employee training programs.

  • Design and tailor training programs to meet market needs and organizational goals of partner companies.

  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, skill gaps, and demand for specialized training.

  • Develop rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term collaborations.

  • Organize and oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives.

  • Recruit, manage, and support clients to ensure they receive high-quality service.

  • Collect feedback from clients and participants to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.

  • Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to design and develop impactful, high-quality curriculum and content that meets client needs.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote programs and attract new clients.

  • Stay updated on trends in corporate learning and education to ensure program relevance and impact.

Skills

  • Proficiency in market research and analysis.

  • Ability to design and implement training programs tailored to specific industries.

  • Familiarity with training management systems and CRM tools.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years in learning and development or corporate training or business development, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of managing partnerships with companies.
