We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the specialized corporate training initiatives and consulting services at the Executive Education Center of the University of Limassol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with companies and organizations, overseeing the implementation of tailored training programs and actively promoting the university's consulting services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify emerging industry trends and create impactful learning solutions. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with companies and organizations to secure partnerships for employee training programs and consulting engagements.
  • Actively promote the university's consulting services and present them to both potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, skill gaps, and demand for specialized training.
  • Develop rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term collaborations.
  • Organize and oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives.
  • Recruit, manage, and support clients to ensure they receive high-quality service.
  • Collect feedback from clients and participants to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to design and develop impactful high-quality curriculum and content that meets client needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote training programs and consulting services and attract new clients.
  • Stay updated on trends in corporate learning and education to ensure the relevance and impact of programs and services.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years in business development, learning and development or corporate training, or a related role.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English is mandatory for this role. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven track record of managing partnerships with companies.
