As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Secretary who will be responsible for front-desk and admin duties within their Limassol office. Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls and direct to the relevant department
  • Oversee office administration
  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Arrange meetings and manage conference room bookings
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, messenger services and courier shipments.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties

Requirements

  • Some previous experience as a receptionist or office administrator
  • Fluent in English, Greek is an advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
