We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at HFM.

Overview:

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to expand HFM’s affiliate network, managing relationships with key partners, and ensuring the program’s alignment with the company’s overall business development goals. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in affiliate marketing, a deep understanding of the forex and CFD industry, and the ability to lead and grow a high-performing team.

Your role at HFM:

• Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Develop KPIs and performance benchmarks for the affiliate program.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners globally.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and optimising performance.
• Develop incentive programs and marketing tools to enhance affiliate engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, banners, and content for affiliates.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Generate regular performance reports, presenting results to senior management.
• Build and manage a team of affiliate marketing professionals as the department scales.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the forex or financial services industry.
• Proven success in growing and managing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of forex, CFDs, and online trading markets.
• Proficiency in affiliate management platforms and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Results-driven mindset with strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural and global environment.
• Knowledge of key markets such as MENA, Africa, LATAM, and South Asia.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial services sector.
