NIGHT RECEPTIONIST

The 5* Venus Beach Hotel in Pafos is seeking to recruit a Night Receptionist.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct and welcome guests, as soon as they arrive at the Hotel
• Check-in guests to their rooms
• Reply to any guests’ inquiries
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls, in a polite and friendly manner
• Write and process emails and other requested documentation
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing
• Ensure the smooth operation of the reception and a tidy and presentable lobby area
• Check-out guests and handle money and foreign currency
• Print all appropriate closing reports of the hotel

Requirements

• Must be fluent in the English and Greek language. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of the THEOVA system
• 3 years’ experience in the same position
