AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Tasks:
- Managing the Front Office team
- Helping the Reservation and Reception staff
The candidates should have:
- Diploma in hotel management or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel in similar role.
- EU citizenship or EU work permit.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
- Natural flair for first class service.
- Comprehensive operational experience.
- Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting a team.
- Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction.
- Proactive approach with exceptional initiative and problem solving skills.
- High standard of literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
- Team spirit and pleasant personality.
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail and exceptionally strong service standards.
- Experience with creating and monitoring budgets and revenue management.
- Ability to efficiently and successfully coordinate relevant departments.
