AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Tasks:

  • Managing the Front Office team
  • Helping the Reservation and Reception staff

The candidates should have:

  • Diploma in hotel management or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel in similar role.
  • EU citizenship or EU work permit.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
  • Natural flair for first class service.
  • Comprehensive operational experience.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting a team.
  • Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction.
  • Proactive approach with exceptional initiative and problem solving skills.
  • High standard of literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
  • Team spirit and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to maintain high attention to detail and exceptionally strong service standards.
  • Experience with creating and monitoring budgets and revenue management.
  • Ability to efficiently and successfully coordinate relevant departments.
