We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Learning and Development and Performance Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at HFM.

Your role at HFM:

• Responsible for developing and implementing the performance management system, including performance evaluations, professional development and disciplinary actions.
• Conducts training needs analysis, designs personal development plans and facilitates learning initiatives.
• Designs, implements and evaluates training programs.
• Ensures that employees are properly trained to perform their duties and to develop within the company.
• Sources and manages external training vendors and learning platforms as needed.
• Collaborates with leadership team to create and refine performance metrics and competencies for all roles.
• Analyses performance data and prepares reports.
• Designs and implements succession planning.

What You Bring:

• BA/BSc in HR Management or Business Administration or any other related field.
• 4+ years' experience in learning and development and performance management.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing L&D programs and performance management systems.
• Analytical mindset and with the ability to interpret performance data and L&D metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Applications.
