YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Complete Inventory material transfers required to track equipment and material movement.
- Take physical inventory counts as required by Company or Client
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Manage the Materials Management System Software
- Inventory Stock count in coordination with the Drilling Materials Coordinator
- Assist in the Annual Government Stock Audit on behalf of Client
- Monitor, document, and produce daily, weekly, and monthly Inventory reports
- Management of Filing System (Electronic and Hard copy filing system)
WHO ARE YOU:
- The position is local residential onshore support, no offshore or rotational travel included. Applicants must be eligible to work in Cyprus. Supporting accommodation and travel packages are not on offer
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Expert Proficiency in MS Office Expert User (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in using SAP software is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
