Role:

• Oversee all pool operations, including managing sunbeds throughout the pool and gardens, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pool and garden areas, including sunbed and umbrella arrangement.

• Supervise pool attendants and lifeguards.

• Oversee guest service on sunbeds.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure pool equipment is functioning properly and water quality is maintained.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service-oriented skills.

• Proficiency in English and German or Greek.
