ANDREAS STIHL SINGLE MEMBER SA has been the Greek distributor for the STIHL brand from 1999 and in 2023 established a branch in Nicosia, Cyprus. Our team is currently expanding and we are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our branch, based in Nicosia, Cyprus

Key responsibilities:

This position is responsible for maintaining focus on quality customer service, increasing sales, and STIHL equipment maintenance and repair. The successful employee will consistently provide quality customer service, actively seek projects to complete, order STIHL parts as needed, fill out warranty paperwork and process repairs in a quick and efficient manner.

More specifically:

• Procedure for receiving and checking/repairing machinery tools (in/out of warranty)
• Costing of products to be repaired
• Communication with dealer network and end-users on technical or commercial issues (tel, mail)
• Process management and responsibility for branch safety and maintenance in conjunction with the Technical Manager
• Support technical department in seminars, demonstrations, events, dealers network conferences
• Technical guidance and training of dealer network (branch and POS)
• Coordination and reporting of technical issues to the company’s headquarters
• Follow up with the dealer network to ensure that technical issues are resolved

Candidate’s profile:

• Previous experience at least 3 years in a similar position is mandatory
• University Degree Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
• Proficient skills in office suites
• Excellent command of Greek language
• Fluent knowledge of English language, both oral and written. Another language is a plus
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Organized and able to meet own targets and goals and team oriented
• Able to organize, manage time efficiently / effectively and good attention to detail
• Professional and reliable
