We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Talent Acquisition Executive join our dynamic team at HFM.
Your role at HFM:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Use various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, headhunting, career fairs etc.) to proactively identify and engage top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR to structure competitive job offers aligned with market trends, internal salary bands, and equity structures.
- Understand candidate salary expectations, bonuses, and benefits and leverage industry data to ensure offers remain competitive within the market.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, networking, and career events.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from first contact to final hiring decision.
- Track hiring metrics and provide reports on recruitment performance and trends.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure hiring practices align with compliance standards.
What You Bring:
- BA/BSc degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in a fast paced and high growth environment.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong ability to build relationships with professionals and industry leaders.
- Ability to think strategically and solve recruitment challenges.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.
