Civil Engineer
Our client, a leading and highly respected property developer in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and professional individual for the position of Civil Engineer.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Site supervision and coordination
• Project planning and record keeping
• Compliance with safety and health rules of the construction site
• Preparation of subcontractor payment certificates
• Work quality control
• Adherence to schedules
• Project metrics applications

Position’s Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered at ETEK
• Minimum professional experience of 5 years in construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of Autocad program
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages . The knowledge of Russian language will be considered an additional qualification
• Organizational skills
• Character integrity
