Office Administrator Positions – Boat Cruise Company

Are you looking for an exciting seasonal office job with a dynamic and growing boat cruise company? We are hiring an office administrator member to join our team!

Job Details:

📍 Location: In-office & Remote
Shifts (Rotating Weekly):

  • Week 1 (Morning Shift): 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour break) (In-office)
  • Week 2 (Split Remote Shift): 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1-hour break) (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Managing bookings, reservations, and ticket sales
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Coordinating with the on-site team to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Customer service experience preferred
✅ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, online booking systems)
✅ Ability to work independently, especially during remote shifts
✅ Reliable internet connection for remote work
