Job Opening: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and well-organized environment.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure all areas comply with company cleanliness and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive housekeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to manage and train a team effectively.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
