Job Opening: Executive Housekeeper
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and well-organized environment.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all areas comply with company cleanliness and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive housekeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to manage and train a team effectively.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
