Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Advanced Microsoft software skills and experience with financial reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Fluency in English (Greek is an advantage).

Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports and employees’ monthly payments.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

• Responsible for managing the ERGANI system and facilitate the hiring process.

• Ensure timely submission of VAT, tax, and social insurance reports.

• Monitor and control cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.

• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external financial consultants.
