The Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TRS & Connected Compliance Line of Service. Successful candidates will assist the team in managing KYC processes, as well as handling client communication and administrative tasks related to projects

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough KYC procedures for new and existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation.

  • Maintaining a systematic and secure digital filing system to ensure quick retrieval of documents when needed.

  • Work closely with Central Compliance Services team to ensure alignment on compliance strategies and practices.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments made during meetings

  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to ensure all team members are aligned.

  • Track and report on the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that key milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.

  • Support team members with administrative duties involves a variety of tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and documentation.

What You Bring

  • A Diploma or University Degree in any discipline

  • Previous experience in KYC processes and procedures will be an advantage

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client and internal interactions.

  • Team oriented personality with high levels of collaboration.
