VACANCY: Office Administrator (Property Management Department)
Aphrodite Hills Resort, Europe’s multi-awarded destination and one of the must-visit resorts in the world, is looking for an Office Administrator (Property Management)
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Organizing the office by managing phone calls, internal & external correspondence
• Organizing the filing needed for the department (invoices, price lists, reports, purchase orders)
• Monitor the internal system and advise the engineers accordingly.
• Assisting the engineers of the department in their daily tasks as needed
• Prepare various reports (cost control)
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Performing any additional ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements and Qualifications:
• At least 1-year previous experience in similar position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
• Knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel)
• Previous experience in the field of Property Management will be considered as an advantage.
• High attention to detail
• Integrity and professionalism
• Strong skills involving problem solving.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• EU citizen or EU work permit holder
