Candidate profile:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the luxury automotive sector.

• Strong knowledge of high-end automotive brands and market trends.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English (Greek or additional languages are a plus).

• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a successful sales team.

• Valid driving license.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of the Cyprus market and luxury clientele is advantageous.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day sales operations within the luxury automotive showroom.

• Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences and needs.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to post-purchase.

• Organize and attend promotional events, test-drive experiences, and showroom presentations.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute advertising campaigns, online presence, and branding initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

• Analyze sales data, track performance, and report insights to senior management.

• Represent the company at industry events, both locally and internationally.
