As the Global Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team and supporting the implementation of the commercial strategy. This includes setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong customer relationships in line with guidance from the Commercial Director.

It is essential that you have 5 years proven experience at management level or higher in a sales environment and 5 years experience in the Employer of Record sector or something similar.

You will also have a degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
