Job Description:

• Process and manage hotel, tour, and transportation reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with hotels, suppliers, and service providers to confirm reservations and secure the best options.
• Manage the entire reservations flow from inquiry to confirmation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and conduct spot visits when necessary.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and confirmations to clients and partners.
• Maintain organized records and update reservation systems.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
• Client- and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
