Description:

· Facility Maintenance: Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal hotel operations.

· Guest Experience & Safety: Maintain a safe, comfortable environment with minimal disruptions.

· Preventive Maintenance: Implement schedules to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

· Energy & Cost Management: Optimize energy use and recommend sustainable solutions.

· Project Execution: Assist in renovations, upgrades, and engineering projects.

· Team Leadership: Train and supervise engineering staff for smooth operations.

· Emergency Response: Handle urgent maintenance issues swiftly.

· Reporting: Maintain logs on maintenance, repairs, and compliance.
