Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in field sales is a must.

• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal & written); additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to business development.

• Ability to organize and coordinate activities and objectives.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing optical stores, retailers, and distributors.

• Identify and approach new potential clients to expand the company’s market presence.

• Present and promote premium eyewear brands, ensuring excellent product knowledge.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Regularly visit clients across Cyprus, offering product demonstrations and promotional support.
