Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English (verbal & written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions in the system.

  • Support the logistics and sales team when needed.
