CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and market-leading mobile payments and messaging solutions provider, with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an Account Manager to join their growing team. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, building strong, trust-based relationships and maintaining regular communication to anticipate client needs and address any concerns. As part of your role, you will also gather client requests and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions. Our client is seeking applicants who possess exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership, with the ability to confidently articulate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and maintain regular communication to anticipate client needs and address any concerns.
  • Advocate for client interests internally, ensuring that solutions are properly prioritized and communicated.
  • Gather client requests and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services or solutions.
  • Monitor project milestones, provide status updates to clients, and proactively manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and identify new ways our solutions can support their success.
  • Present strategies and recommendations for product/service enhancements that drive mutual growth.
  • Develop account plans that outline client objectives, key initiatives, and metrics for success.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction, project progress, and opportunities for expansion.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Ability to confidently articulate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organizational skills to keep track of multiple requests from multiple clients.
  • Adept at anticipating client needs, preventing issues, and quickly resolving challenges that arise.
  • Driven to refine processes and improve both client and internal outcomes.
  • Marketing-related experience will be considered an asset.
