Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Corporate Administrator / Assistant to provide comprehensive support across our Corporate departments. The role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our legal services, encompassing a blend of internal administrative duties and external responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
As our Corporate Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth administration of corporate entities. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Liaising with clients, government agencies, and other authorities.
- Coordinating the formation of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
- Managing corporate queries and advising clients as needed.
- Preparing and submitting required forms (e.g., HE forms) to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and handling corporate documentation for changes such as officer appointments, registered address updates, and company restructurings.
- Maintaining up-to-date corporate registers and monitoring any changes.
- Collecting and reviewing client KYC documents to ensure compliance.
- Overseeing the execution, certification, apostille, and notarization of documents.
- Assisting on bank account opening
- Filling and managing corporate records within our Company Management System.
- Perform other duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the corporate department and ensure excellent quality of work.
- Handling the company’s issues of resolutions, powers of attorney, signing of documents, etc.
- Collaborate with colleagues on ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless operations
Your Qualifications
We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in corporate administration will be considered as advantage.
- Utilize the Zygos system to maintain accurate records, monitor case progress, and ensure timely updates.
- A degree or certification in Business Administration/economics/Finance/ Accounting/Law, or any related degree in the field of Business/Accounting/Law, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with corporate administration procedures,
- Knowledge of Compliance/AML/KYC procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
